How 1-on-1 Coaching Works
You're paired with a Black Belt for six hours of live web meetings or calls. Instead of working through the curriculum alone, you have an experienced practitioner in the room while you apply it to a project that matters to your organization.
The six hours are split into one hour for project selection, then a one-hour tollgate review after each DMAIC phase. Each review is a checkpoint: your Black Belt looks at the work you've done, and you move on when it's ready.
To get the most from the time, schedule each coaching meeting after you finish the matching training module.

Group Coaching

Group Coaching makes it easy for your team to complete real Lean Six Sigma projects alongside their training, so certification and results land at the same time. Working in project teams, your learners meet for live online sessions with a Black Belt dedicated to the group through the completion of their projects, and learn together instead of working through the curriculum on their own.

How Group Coaching Works
Group Coaching is built for teams who want to complete their certification project together instead of on their own. Three one-hour live sessions create the structure and the dialogue between your learners and their Black Belt, focused on moving high-value projects forward, not just reviewing material.
Sessions are scheduled 4 to 5 weeks apart. After the third session, your team has 4 to 6 weeks to finish their projects before the Black Belt reviews and approves the work for certification.
Between live sessions, coaching doesn't stop. Every group gets unlimited access to their Black Belt through a discussion board built for the group, so learners can connect with each other and get an answer without waiting for the next call.

Ongoing Support
A dedicated group discussion board keeps coaching available between sessions, not just during them.

Orientation
Your group gets oriented to the learning platform and the coaching schedule ahead, so everyone starts from the same footing.

Define & Measure
Teams apply what they've learned to their own project, working through the Define and Measure phases with the Black Belt in the room.

Analyze & Improve
The group works through Analyze and Improve together, then has 4 to 6 weeks to complete their projects before the Black Belt reviews them for certification.
